CM8Pro Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In these CM8Pro Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "CM8Pro" refers to the online entertainment and betting platform accessible via cm8pro.net, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated under the CM8Pro brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with CM8Pro, or who accesses the CM8Pro website even without a registered account.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in a member's CM8Pro account at any given time, including withdrawable cash and bonus balances.
• "Bet" refers to any bet or wager placed by a member on any market or game available at CM8Pro, whether pre-match, in-play, or on casino games and slots.

Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) CM8Pro account active at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances confiscated.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. CM8Pro bears no responsibility for any failure on your part to comply with local laws governing online gambling or entertainment.

You are fully responsible for keeping your CM8Pro username and password secure. CM8Pro recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online account. Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your cm8pro username, password, or account login details with anyone — including family members or friends. CM8Pro will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the sharing of login credentials.
• Log out of your CM8Pro account after every session, especially when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security on your CM8Pro account.

CM8Pro will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence or failure to safeguard their login credentials, or from unauthorised access by a third party gained through the member's own negligence.

All financial transactions on CM8Pro are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit and withdrawal methods are limited to Malaysian local payment methods only.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. CM8Pro does not accept third-party deposits.
• Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your CM8Pro account within 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the member's name.
• Before the first withdrawal is approved, CM8Pro reserves the right to request identity verification from the member.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being approved, depending on the payment method and system load at the time.
• CM8Pro reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question while an investigation is carried out.

Sports betting at CM8Pro covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, UCL, La Liga, and over 500 other leagues), cricket, badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on CM8Pro:

• Minimum Bet: RM 5 per betting selection.
• Final Bet: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except through the Cash Out function (where available for the relevant match).
• Real-Time Odds: For in-play betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. CM8Pro reserves the right to update odds at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Postponed Match: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets for that match will be voided and funds returned to the member's account. For in-play bets, if a match is halted after reaching the minimum duration set by the organiser, results up to the point of stoppage may be deemed valid for certain markets.
• Odds Error: CM8Pro reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or resulting from a technical error. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
• Accumulator: If one or more selections in an accumulator bet are voided, the odds for those selections will be reduced to 1.00 (meaning that leg contributes no value), and the accumulator will proceed with the remaining selections.

CM8Pro takes platform integrity seriously and protects all members from unfair conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action:

• Registering or using a CM8Pro account on behalf of another person, or using a false identity.
• Holding multiple CM8Pro accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent betting limits or claim bonuses more than once.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or casino game results (collusion).
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets on CM8Pro.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt CM8Pro's technical systems in any way.
• Using insider information or information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting or casino games.
• Conducting money laundering through a CM8Pro account.

CM8Pro reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of CM8Pro's Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in communications with CM8Pro.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or legal compliance requirements.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member through CM8Pro's responsible gaming programme.

When an account is closed at the member's own request, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the member within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets and the completion of required identity verification.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting CM8Pro customer support. Account closures requested by members may take up to 48 hours to be fully processed.

CM8Pro is not liable for any losses incurred by members as a result of:

• Service disruptions, downtime, or technical issues beyond CM8Pro's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• A member's failure to read and understand CM8Pro's Terms & Conditions, bonus terms, or game rules prior to playing.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of unfavourable betting or gaming outcomes — betting carries financial risk and CM8Pro does not guarantee any positive results.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

In all cases, CM8Pro's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CM8Pro takes the protection of members' personal data seriously and operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal data provided to CM8Pro during registration and platform use will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Managing your CM8Pro account and processing financial transactions.
• Verifying your identity and age as required by CM8Pro's policies.
• Sending account-related communications, promotions, and relevant platform updates.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
